Position Details:

• FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
• Shift: Nights
• Pay: $55.00 per hour plus a travel package/stipend
• Local RN Traveler contract options available for those within 75 miles
• Contract: 13-week assignments available with extension options

Minimum Requirements:

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• ACLS Certification
• BLS – American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

• Develop, execute, and assess patient care plans based on individual assessments to optimize outcomes and utilize resources efficiently.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions as necessary. Collaborate across disciplines for coordinated patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and addressing spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Assess patient and/or family learning needs and provide education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Delegate patient care effectively to ancillary personnel. May involve precepting student nurses and new hires.
• Demands critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Follows Standard Precautions and utilizes personal protective equipment as required.
