Responsibilities:
- Confirm travel reservations and address inquiries from clients promptly.
- Possess a strong understanding of client travel policies, offering consistent consultation to customers.
- Ensure compliance with necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Provide clients with vital industry information like low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and client relationships, suggesting improvements.
- Continuously update and expand knowledge of various travel industries supported.
Qualifications for Travel Agent (Remote) Job in US:
- Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
- Proficient understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in Life Science Travel is advantageous.
