The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to our social media initiatives through various digital channels, including corporate EY MENA social media platforms, ey.com, and other digital content-related tasks. This role involves collaboration with the Assistant Director of Brand and External Communications and the broader BMC team. The Senior Associate will also collaborate with EY’s global PR and Social Media network to ensure engagement both locally and globally across MENA sectors, service lines, products, and programs.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in social media platforms, analytical tools, and content management systems. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong writing skills, capable of crafting engaging social media posts, even on complex or technical subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit social media posts adhering to EY brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain a weekly social media activities calendar.
  • Utilize social media scheduling tools on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the internal social media newsletter.
  • Collaborate effectively with digital agencies to create and execute social media campaigns.
  • Stay current on social media platforms, practices, and trends.
  • Manage a dedicated social media inbox.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  • Develop and expand social media communities and initiatives.
  • Act as an ambassador for the MENA BMC team.
  • Undertake projects aligned with higher-level, strategic, long-term objectives.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Strong writing skills aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
  • A collaborative team player and lateral thinker.

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity due to interactions with regional and wider audiences.

To Qualify:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • UAE national residing in Dubai.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • 1-2 years’ experience in B2B, social media, or Marketing and PR.
