Your Opportunity: We are seeking Security Guards responsible for safeguarding Camp Baird and its perimeter in Dubai. This role encompasses Entry Point Security Guard and Patrol Guard responsibilities, requiring minimum Baseline AGSVA security clearance.

Key Accountabilities:

Entry Point Security Guard – Operational Duties:

• Monitor and prevent entry/exit of unauthorized personnel and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with site induction requirements.
• Manage temporary/visitor passes issuance and record-keeping.
• Monitor surveillance systems for site security.
• Act as a deterrent against unauthorized removal of Defence assets.

Security Patrol Guards – Operational Duties:

• Conduct facility patrols, identifying intrusions or faults.
• Respond to alarms and disturbances on base promptly.
• Patrol internal grounds, identifying authorized personnel/vehicles.
• Conduct inspections and notify of security breaches.

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Baseline AGSVA security clearance (for Australian Citizens only).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and emergency response skills.
• Relevant certifications in Security Operations with specified units and competencies.
