Marketing Manager Job in Dubai Summary:

The Marketing Manager will spearhead the conception, design, and execution of the comprehensive marketing and PR strategy for the OliOli brand. Collaborating closely with programming, local teams, and the sales department, the Marketing Manager will drive footfall to OliOli®, oversee the launch of new events and galleries, and synchronize activities between local teams and the regional marketing division. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to elevating brand awareness for OliOli® and achieving sales targets within an exceptional cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, encompassing online and offline initiatives, including concept ideation, artwork, and audiovisual assets aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with programming, operations, and sales teams to outline a comprehensive annual marketing action plan targeting increased awareness, visitation, brand building, and enhanced community engagement.
  • Oversee and ensure 100% execution of new event and gallery launches by liaising with key stakeholders across various departments and external agencies.
  • Identify avenues to boost visitation and fortify OliOli® brand awareness and word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Innovate resourcefully to achieve optimal return on investment for marketing/PR endeavors.
  • Develop a modular approach to continuously gather existing and potential customer information for an efficient CRM system.
  • Cultivate a robust community engagement program, positioning OliOli® as the go-to hub for parents to discuss relevant issues and foster connections.
  • Foster, maintain, and strengthen relationships with crucial stakeholders (e.g., DTCM).
  • Provide consumer-centric insights to the programming team for content planning during the ideation phase.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. Certification in digital and/or social media marketing is advantageous.
