Marketing Manager Job In Australia Role: As the Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead the development of comprehensive marketing plans for each division, collaborating closely with divisional general managers. Responsibilities include analyzing market gaps, targeting specific market segments, and executing strategic marketing plans. You’ll manage a marketing assistant and collaborate with two product managers, playing a pivotal role in product launches, market analysis, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for different divisions
  • Evaluate market trends, identify new product opportunities and channels
  • Coordinate product launches and perform market segmentation and analysis
  • Collaborate with agencies for effective messaging and target audience strategies
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and eDM development
  • Manage literature, promotional materials, and trade show presence
  • Support sales teams with necessary marketing collateral

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant marketing qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Suite is advantageous
  • Prior experience as a marketing manager in building products, industrial, or retail hardware industries
  • Strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate across various departments and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Proven track record of achieving marketing objectives and driving success
