Role Overview:

The Manager, Brand Marketing for Loyalty Programs at lululemon is a pivotal role reporting to the Senior Manager of North America Brand Marketing. The role entails leading a high-performing team of Brand Marketing Managers to drive engagement within membership benefits, strategizing, and executing innovative, integrated campaigns. This role focuses on enhancing brand equity through loyalty initiatives aimed at acquisition, engagement, and retention of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a team responsible for engaging membership benefits.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end process for loyalty benefit initiatives.
  • Execution of complex marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaboration with internal/external creative partners for strategy execution.
  • Analysis of marketing effectiveness and sharing results across teams.
  • Stakeholder management and alignment to marketing plans.
  • Understanding market landscape, competitor activities, and opportunities in the category.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of loyalty marketing experience in a globally branded organization.
  • Proficiency in loyalty and brand marketing, leading omnichannel initiatives.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external creative partners.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills in a complex matrix environment.
  • Ideally, a degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to large groups and executives.
  • Agile, forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on the future of marketing.
