Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to routine customer complaints, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
  • Extend a warm welcome to customers upon their store arrival.
  • Make announcements and page requested individuals for visitors.
  • Safely store and secure customers’ belongings.
  • Address customer queries in a professional manner, offering shopping tools and catalogues as required.
  • Provide bags/trolleys as necessary.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure adherence to system procedures in line with policy and protocol.
  • Manage bookings for IKEA services (Home Delivery, Assembly, Measurement).
  • Follow up on out-of-stock items in self-service areas.
  • Propose and implement improved work methodologies.
  • Report significant complaints requiring managerial attention to the Duty Manager.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Effective Communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
