Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist, conduct, and supervise team practices, training camps, and sessions directed by the Head Coach.
- Support the team in exhibitions, matches, playoffs, tournaments, and international games.
- Prepare and review training sessions, meetings, and matches using video and data.
- Provide individual and group instruction, coordinate player training, and develop game strategies.
- Assist in scouting opposing teams and actively participate in player scouting for the team.
- Collaborate on off-season player development programs with technical staff.
- Contribute to roster and player acquisitions within budget and club approval.
- Participate in promotional, sponsorship, and public relations activities as requested.
- Adhere to Club and League rules, regulations, and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum USSF B License or UEFA Equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performance soccer setting, preferably with female athletes.
- Strong understanding of women’s soccer and the NWSL.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, credibility, and work ethic.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to problem solve.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Availability to work outside normal hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to perform various physical tasks for up to 8 hours per day.
- Willingness to work in a loud environment and adverse weather conditions.
- Regular use of a motor vehicle; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time position with frequent travel, evening, weekend, and holiday work based on team schedule.
